I did not want to run this morning but I made my brain shut up and I did it. 42 minutes.  Man does that seem like a long time, but, it’s 3 minutes less than usual which is pretty good I think.

Back to school diet...
As of yesterday I’ve started my diet for the year.  It’s not anything hardcore…I’m just eating a lot better (which can be very hard in the caf).  I’m basically making sure I eat half a plate of veggies, quarter starch, and a quarter protein each meal.  Throughout the day I try to eat at least 3-4 pieces of fruit. I hate feeling guilty after I eat. :( Nicole went running with me today.  She told me I’m not as slow as I think I am…that made me feel better.  I was supposed to run 2 miles and i got to 1.5 and my back started hurting pretty bad so we walked the rest of the way…and by rest of the way I mean to Pagoda to get thai food. aaaaand now i feel guilty for eating…wtf.

Jeez Louise!
It’ so freaking hot out this morning.  I just came back from my 2 mile run, dripping with sweat and downing some ice water. Seriously though, so hot!  I went so slow today which in a way is good because I came back in about 30 minutes, hopefully that means I go faster than that when I’m not feeling slow. I did it…I ran 3 miles, and it was the hardest run yet!  I ran there (.5 miles) and ran around the track 8 times (2 miles) that way if I didn’t think I could make the 3 miles I would just walk home.  Instead I thought I would try it.  I was so tired and ran that last half mile really slowly but i pushed through.  It was SO hard.  I was also very dehydrated because I stupidly...

Holy Crap

First run
Okay so I started running today.  My brother took me to a track which I ran on last summer and could barely run half a mile.  Today I ran a mile, walked a quarter mile, then ran another quarter mile.  It felt good! :) Now I must shower!

Working Out
